1. Membership Options

   1. 10-Month Membership

      • A fixed-term membership with access to all gym facilities and services for 10 consecutive months.

      • Members are responsible for adhering to gym rules and maintaining timely payments.

   2. 12-Month Membership

      • A fixed-term membership with access to all gym facilities and services for 12 consecutive months.

      • Members are responsible for adhering to gym rules and maintaining timely payments.

   3. Membership Benefits:

      • Full access to gym facilities, equipment, and group classes (where applicable).

      • Member discounts on select products and services.

      • Access to member-exclusive events and promotions.

   4. Member Responsibilities:

      • Timely payment of membership fees.

      • Compliance with gym rules and policies.

      • Proper care of gym facilities and equipment.

2. Payment Terms

   1. Monthly Payment Schedule

      • Payments are due on the specific day of each month as the registration.

      • Membership fees are non-refundable except as outlined in the Cancellation Policy.

   2. Accepted Payment Methods

      • Credit/Debit Cards.

      • Bank Drafts/Direct Deposits.

   3. Late Payment Policy

      • Membership access will be suspended until the account is brought current.

3. Pausing Memberships

   1. Medical or Travel Reasons

      • Members may freeze their membership for documented medical or travel reasons.

   2. Flexible Pause Option

      • Members may pause their membership for any reason, up to 2 months, without documentation.

      • No fee applies for this option.

4. Renewal and Termination

   1. Automatic Renewal

      • Memberships automatically convert to a month-to-month plan at the same rate after the initial term.

      • Members may terminate the renewed membership with 30 days' written notice.

   2. Termination After Initial Term

      • Members must notify the gym in writing if they do not wish to renew at the end of their contract period.

5. General Terms and Conditions

   1. Gym Usage Rules

      • Members must follow all posted gym rules and staff instructions.

      • Misuse of equipment or inappropriate behavior may result in membership suspension or termination.

   2. Liability Waiver

      • Members agree to assume all risks associated with gym activities.

      • The gym is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property.

1. Cancellation Policy

   1. Early Termination

      • A $200 cancellation fee applies to early termination of a 10- or 12-month membership.

   2. Permissible Cancellation Conditions

      • Medical reasons

      • Relocation

   3. Notice Period

      • Members must provide at least 30 days' written notice for cancellation.

      • The cancellation process includes submitting a cancellation form and settling any outstanding fees.

   4. Unnotified Cancellations

      • Membership contracts that are cancelled without proper notice or payment of cancellation fees will be sent to a collection agency for recovery of outstanding amounts.
